Full Text

Mr. Prattman—In the Gazette of this yesterday morning a "Murmuring Voice" clamors against the passage of the Justices' Bill, in a tone bordering on insurrection—evidently shewing that it is for self, not for the general utility that it thus attacks congress.

To still that selfish voice which is thus "murmuring" against the wishes of the mechanic, and which is so well known to our citizens, please republish from yesterday's National Intelligencer, the statement of fees in the circuit court, contrasted with those under this new law—which, amongst others, relieves the debtor from the clerk's fees, and to which I give, so far from murmuring, my APPLAUDING VOICE.

The request of our correspondent will be complied with in our next.
