The German Exhibition.

LONDON, May 9.—The German exhibition was opened here to-day by the Lord Mayor of London, Honorable Joseph Savory. The Marquis of Lorne, Prince Bucher, representing the German Government, the Sheriffs of London, William Farmer and Augustus Henry Glosop Harris, and many other important municipal officers were present. The Lord Mayor, in the course of the opening speech, said that the promised visit of the Emperor William of Germany to London would give the greatest pleasure to the citizens of this metropolis.
