Affairs of Holland.
LONDON, September 9.

Official advices have been received by government, that a deputation of the friends of the house of Orange, at Amsterdam, had been received by Gen. Abercrombie, promising their active aid in seconding the operations of the British army, in reinstating the Stadtholder; and that part of the province of West Friesland, Medenblick, Hoorn, &c. had followed the example of the loyal seamen of the Republic, and had shaken off the yoke which French superiority, and Dutch pusillanimity had fixed upon them.

The Orange flag is flying on the whole coast as far as Egmont, and in the interior country: A flotilla has been ordered by Admiral Mitchell, into the Zuyder Zee, to assist the military operations.

The Dutch ships taken in the Texel, &c. are on their voyage to England, for repair and safe keeping.
