PARIS, Nov. 28.—(AP)—Aristide Briand officially announced the formation and personnel of his eighth ministry this afternoon. The last obstacle to its completion was overcome by the acceptance of the portfolio of pensions by Paul Jourdain. The new cabinet follows:
Premier and minister of foreign affairs: Aristide Briand.
Minister of justice: Rene Renoult,
Interior: Camille Chautemps.
Finance: Louis Loucheur.
War: Paul Painleve.
Navy: George Leygues.
Public instruction: Edouard Dala-dier.
Commerce: Daniel Vincent.
Public works: Anatole de Monzie
Hygiene: Antoine Durafour.
Pensions: Paul Jourdain.
Agriculture: Jean Durand.
Colonies: Leon Perrier.
