CITY PURCHASES NEW FIRE TRUCK
Nogales is to have a new $11,350 fire truck. The city council at a special meeting Wednesday afternoon authorized purchase on a five year lease, of the truck complete with modern equipment. The new truck is to be a 12-cylinder Seagrave, with a 750 gallon pumper. It will be delivered about March 15th by F. S. and W. W. Hirsch of Los Angeles, Pacific coast representatives of the Seagrave Corporation. An old fire truck, in use here since 1914, will be sold next month to the highest bidder.
