The regular meeting of the Sidney Newcomers' club was held Monday evening at the Lalonde Hotel where the usual dessert course was followed by a short business session and an evening of bridge and canasta. Hostesses were Arlene Gulbraa and Bertha Harris. Mrs. Ervin Schielke of Mandan, N. D., was introduced as a guest.
Prizes for bridge and canasta were donated by the Coast to Coast store.
Vi Schielke and Emma Easton won the high score prizes for canasta and bridge, respectively. Guests were Karen Halvorson, Barbara Nutt, Renee Greene, Linda and Linell Neer, Patty Crosgrove and Jeanne Knopp.
Hostesses at the next meeting will be Doris Kegerrius and Sadie Hood.
