A letter from Buenos Ayres, received at Philadelphia says.—
"Admiral Lobo, with the Liberal, and Com. Brito, with the Aparicio, corvette, are in port refitting after the action. Brito is wounded.
"Annexed is Admiral Brown's report. The Brazilians have not thought proper to publish theirs. The affair has been disgraceful to both, with exception of Admiral Brown, who has shewn his usual courage with much rashness.
"The Patriots have retired to Durango, head quarters, collecting their force to meet the Imperialist who are at Cordova, advancing towards this from Rio Grande."
