Full Text
Mr. Dunne is largely interested in plantation properties in the Republic of Mexico but is of the opinion that it will be many moons before the new government can be placed upon a stable basis.
There is a movement now on foot to postpone the election for a president to succeed Diaz beyond next October, at which time the election was originally called.
Mr. Dunne attributes the downfall of the Diaz government to the fact that the former ruler of Mexico was surrounded with advisors, every one of whom was over 70 years of age.
