LATEST FROM EUROPE.

Dublin papers to the 22d ultimo, containing London dates of the 19th and Liverpool of the 20th, have been received at New-York. Their most interesting contents have been anticipated by the arrival at Boston. George IV. was to embark at Greenwich, on the 8th instant, on his long projected visit to Scotland. Nothing additional is said respecting the distresses of Ireland. The promise of the harvest was favourable. The Liverpool report of the market, on the 20th, states that Cotton was brisk, the sales for the week having amounted to 16,700 bags. The public sales on the 19th, were well attended, and included 1000 Sea-Islands at an average of 13 1/2d. Upland, and Orleans remained at the prices of the preceding week, and offered more plentifully. Owing to scarcity of New-York Pot-Ashes, 100 barrels had been sold by auction at 45s. 6d.
