Hague, Nov. 12. 'Tis confirmed from Paris, that the French before Fribourg, in their Attempt to storm the Breach, were repulsed with the Loss of 500 Men, that they had abandon'd the two Half-moons, and that, in a Council of War, 'twas resolv'd to make a fresh Attack, after opening another Breach to the Left, which, 'twas thought, would take up several Days. M. Villeneuve is made Secretary of State in France for Foreign Affairs. A fourth Augmentation of 12,000 Men was this Morning resolved upon, by the States General.
