Count Christiani, Chancellor of the Duchy of Milan, is returned to that Capital, having happily adjusted all the Claims for Money laid out by his Sardinian Majesty, during the last War, for the Troops of the Empress Queen, and regulated also whatever Difficulties, still remained in Regard to their respective Frontiers in Lombardy, which Negotiation is not only very considerable in itself, but, it is hoped, will prove more so in its Consequences, by adding new Strength to the common Cause in Italy.
