Grading Acklin Gap Road for Double Teaming.

H. W. Parham of Holland was a welcome visitor Tuesday to the Arkansas Farmer.

"I am in town interesting the merchants in aiding the work of making Acklin Gap road passable for two teams at the same time," said Mr. Parham. "This road is four miles west of Holland and about 400 feet long. Blasters are now at work blasting out the rock and we intend to raise the rockbed some two feet, making hauling easier and widening it so that two teams can pass each other. Our farmers are taking a general interest in good road building."

Mr. Parham complimented the Arkansas Farmer for its good work and aggressiveness along right lines. He is an enthusiastic booster of this Conway newspaper.
