Frank O'Neil and Harry Titus Are in Wichita.
Frank C. O'Neil, Santa Fe agent at Oklahoma City, was in town last night with Harry Titus, Santa Fe livestock agent, and Col. Delaney volunteered to be their chaperon. Mr. O'Neil is another one of those enterprising sons of Barber county, Kansas, who has taken front rank in Oklahoma. When Dennis Flynn went to Guthrie to become postmaster of the infant territorial capital he took Frank with him and gave him a start which he has since more than sustained by his own merits. Frank is reputed to be the best looking man in the territory and personally is as nice as he is good looking. He stands ace high in Oklahoma City, with the citizens and all railroad people regard him as a coming man in the Santa Fe system.
Mr. Titus is the son of the general live stock agent of the Santa Fe system and is also one of the popular favorites in Oklahoma.
