Charles Spencer and Charles Cohn, partners in the stock business in Arizona, while on their way to Hackberry in a wagon last week, quarreled over a settlement of accounts which ended in a fight. Spencer threw a whisky bottle at Cohn, striking him in the face, knocking him down and cutting a frightful gash. The latter frenzied at the assault, rushed upon his partner with a pocket knife and stabbed him in several places, almost severing the jugular vein. Cohn took his dead partner to town and gave himself up to the officers.
