HAGUE, February 10. The following Letter is just received here from Hamburg:

"According to the last Advices from Copenhagen, Count Struensee and his Brother, with Count Brandt, and Professor Berger, continue still to be treated with the greatest Rigour, so that their Crimes must be very atrocious; they have large Irons to their Necks, Hands, and Feet, which are fastened to the Wall. They continue labouring in the Castle of Kronenbourg, Day and Night, to make the necessary Apartments there convenient for her Majesty. Such a Disposition for Mutiny appears among the People, and the Sailors, that the Guards have been obliged to make use of Force in Order to disperse them, in Consequence of which some were wounded."
