SOUTH-CAROLINA.

CHARLESTON, July 17.

The late advices from Georgia informs us, that a war with the Creeks seems to be inevitable. An emission of paper money is also expected to be issued by the General Assembly.

The General Assembly of the state of Georgia stands adjourned to this day, to meet at Augusta.

Very violent debates are certainly expected to take place in the General Assembly of Georgia, on account of the conduct adopted by the Executive Council : it is however expected that the Governor and Council will triumph, owing to the support their measures will receive from the back country members.
