Resigns

Dr. Albert Davis, Chairman of the Editorial Committee of the Atlanta Inquirer Board of Directors, announced this week that John Britton, Executive Managing Editor of the Inquirer, has resigned to take a new post.

Britton indicated that he was resigning to accept another position that offers a challenging opportunity for professional growth and advancement.

A graduate of Drake University with a B.S. in Journalism, Britton came to the Inquirer after receiving his M.A. in Journalism at Syracuse University.
