HARTFORD, June 29.

We are informed, by gentlemen, from several parts of this State, that the English grain has surprisingly altered for the better within a few weeks past and that fields which lately threatened to not be worth reaping, now promises a plentiful harvest the probability is, that within a short time, breadcorn will be more plenty and cheaper than it has been the year past; and that the avaricious oppressive monopolizers and holders of this staff of life, will be obliged to eat it themselves, or sell it at a less price than they gave.
