ST. CHRISTOPHER'S. March 12.

On Monday was bro't into the road of Basse Terre,
a prize schooner taken by his majesty's ship Raisonable,
Molineux Shuldham, Esq; commander: She is
loaded with sugar and rum.

His majesty's ships Naiad and Emerald have taken
4 Dutch vessels bound from Martinico to St. Eustatius,
and a French letter of marque sloop of ten guns.

A sloop taken by Capt. William, and a snow and
a brig by Capt. Reed, all under Dutch colours, have
been brought into the road of Basse Terre.

His Majesty's Ship Echo has carried into Antigua,
a French privateer sloop of 12 guns.

The brig Susannah, from Glasgow and Cork, is
retaken and carried into Antigua.

The King of Bonny, Capt. Jones, from Africa, is
taken by a French privateer sloop of 12 guns, after
an engagement of two hours and a half. There were
four more privateers within gun shot when she struck.

The Chesterfield of Liverpool, with 360 negroes,
is also taken.
