LYING ABOUT ARKANSAS.

Those itinerant purveyors of mis-information, Weaver and Field, say that 50,000 qualified voters were disfranchised in Arkansas. The vote of that State is about 155,000, and we have now the complete returns from the recent election. If then Weaver and Field are right and the 50,000 qualified voters were not allowed to cast their ballots, the total vote of the State was in the last election 105,000. The official returns, however, give Fishback 90,115, Whipple 33,644 and Carnahan 31,176, making a total of very nearly 155,000. Weaver will have to revise his lie.
