Was One of Parties Who Escaped From Jail.

Otho Armstrong, the boy who was in jail at Madisonville awaiting the time to be sent to the House of Correction, and who escaped from the prison with several others last Thursday night, was apprehended near Kelly, this county; Sunday night, by the sheriff of Hopkins county. Armstrong says the delivery occurred early in the night and that he and Laws, the alleged forger, came at once to Earlington, where the latter took "blind baggage" on No. 54, for the west and he made his way to the home of a relative near Kelly.
