Madrid, Sept. 4. Mr. Keene received an Express from his Court a few Days ago, and went immediately to St. Ildefonso to communicate his Dispatches to M. de la Quadra, Secretary of State, with whom he had several Conferences; that Minister went, at the same Time, to visit the Prince della Rocca, the new Ambassador from the King of the Two Sicilies, and a few Days after his Excellency set out for Segovia, to return Mr. Keene his Visit. The Duke de Sora, Predecessor of the Prince della Rocca, had his Audience of Leave of their Majesties and the Royal Family, and is preparing for his Return to Naples.
