More Bootleg Liquor Seized

Eleven gallons of bootlegged whiskey were seized here late Friday when police investigated a suspicious car parked at a dead end section of Reynolds St., N. W. Vice Squad Detectives L. S. West and L. W. Cook reported they were travelling south on Reynolds St., N. W., about 7:30 P. M. When they were within about 50 yards of a car parked on the street, a man fled from the car and disappeared. Growing suspicious they investigated and found six gallons of moonshine whiskey on the rear floor of the car. An additional five gallons of the illicit brew was discovered on the ground nearby, they said.
