Was Struck Down on Main Street.
The condition of "Teddy" Levery, oil field worker, who was struck by an automobile Wednesday night at the corner of Second and Main streets, was improved yesterday and physicians hold that he has a fighting chance to recover. Latest examinations show that he did not suffer a concussion of the brain. A broken collarbone is his worst injury.
Mr. Levery is about 60 years old and came to Tulsa two months ago from Pennsylvania. He was an oil field worker in that state and was to go to work tomorrow for a local concern.
He has no relatives and is not known in Tulsa.
