There will be vaudeville as usual in the Park Theatre at Brandywine Springs this evening.
Tomorrow there will be free concerts by the theatre orchestra and several vocalists in the theatre.
Concerts which are free to the public are the only kind of entertainments which are ever permitted in the theatre at Brandywine Springs Park on Sundays. There will be an excellent program tomorrow.
Beginning on Monday afternoon and continuing each afternoon and evening during the week another excellent vaudeville bill will be presented and the management believes that it is the best yet secured. When it is considered that most of the seats in the comfortable park theatre are free it can be seen that an unusual entertainment is being offered the public by the park.
The bill for next week will include Lester & Carter, a pair of nifty dancers; George W. Lewis as the African Preacher; the Clara Sonora Trio, song birds and musicians who offer an act which is far above the ordinary and George W. Lewis and the entire company in a clever comedy "The 3.40 South."
The park management is busy with preparations for the numerous special events to be held at the park during August, the first of which will be the Farmers' Day exercises on August 6 which are expected to bring together one of the largest crowds in the history of the park.
