NEW YORK. February 20:

We hear that on Monday last, Mr. John Lambert, of this City, who for several Years had been afflicted with the Stone, had a large one, weighing between four and five Ounces extracted, (by Doctor Jones) and we are told he is in a promising Way. It is remarkable that the Stone was form'd upon a Bullet, which was lodged in his Bladder by a Gun shot Wound receiv'd above Twenty five Years ago.

N. B. The above remarkable Stone, which was seen by the Printer hereof is somewhat of an oval Form, a little flattened on two Sides, the Side which lodged undermost, almost as smooth, as if polish'd, the upper side rough and full of Knobs like large grains of Gravel. A small Part of the Bullet appears on the under Side, not cover'd by the Stone.
