THIRTY THOUSAND CHILDREN IN LINE.

—On Tuesday, May 31st, the forty-first anniversary of the Sunday-School Union was celebrated at Brooklyn, N. Y., by a parade of the teachers and scholars belonging to the different Sunday-Schools.

It is estimated that there were no less than 30,000 children in line. There were two colored schools in the procession.

After the parade the children marched to their respective churches, where they partook of refreshments prepared for them, and then were dismissed to their homes, wearied after their long march, and happy still in the thought of the pleasure which the forty-first anniversary of the Sunday School Union had afforded them.
