The elections in Tennessee are terminated. Judging from the result in East Tennessee, we would suppose the present incumbent, McMinn, is re-elected governor, having a majority of upwards of 6000 in thirteen counties over Mr. Foster, the rival candidate. Wm. Brown, Esq. is re-elected to congress, opposed by general J. Cocke. Old Johnny Rhea. in spending-wheel memory. from declaiming at his speeches to an audience a-la mode by length. is again elected. His competitor was col. G. W. Sevier, the late member from that district having declined a re-election.
