S. T. Hooten Finds Things in the Proper Condition.

Postoffice Inspector S. T. Hooten has been here looking after the condition of the local postoffice. He found everything in ship shape and went away highly pleased with what he had found. It has been two years since he was here before. The former visit was when free delivery was first being talked over. In the meantime the business of the office has grown very greatly but the system of doing everything just about right has not been changed at all.
