CRIMINAL COURT—Judge Crawford presiding,

On Saturday, Thomas Bush, colored, convicted of an assault and battery, was sentenced to pay a fine of twenty dollars and costs.

Lawrence Finn, indicted for stealing money from George W. Cochran, was found guilty, and sentenced to two years' imprisonment in the penitentiary.

William Cole was found guilty of an assault and battery, and sentenced to one year in jail.

William Silence, colored, was convicted of stealing a shawl, and sentenced to one year in jail.
