Another Fugitive Slave Case.—A negro man named David, the property of Mr. Briggs, of Clark county, Virginia, was arrested here yesterday and held for examination by U.S. commissioner Richard M'Allister, Esq. He was quietly handed over to his master to be transported back to his former home. The negro man admitted that he was owned by the parties claiming him. He also expressed himself as being tired of Pennsylvania, and desirous of returning to his master's service.—Harrisburg Daily American, 25th.
