Scout Leaders
To Train At
Camp O'Hara

The training committee of the local Boy Scout Council is expecting a highly successful training experience for scouting leaders this weekend at a big intermediate training course. The training is to be held at Camp O'Hara beginning with breakfast at 7:00 A.M. Saturday and ending at 5:30 P. M.

The course will provide advanced training in the outdoor scouting skills. Included in these skills are trail safety, judging heights and distances, firemanship, tracking and trailing, pioneering, wilderness sanitation, compass, signalling, axmanship and stunts.

The training staff will include Norman Pitts, Joseph S. Adkins, W. W. Law and Spencer E. White, Jr., chairman of the training committee.
