"Stop, Look and Listen" was the name of the skit presented by Spencer's School Patrol on Happy Dan's TV program Monday, October 14. The skit told the story of Bobby and the efforts of the elves to make him see the importance of practicing safety rules on the streets.
The characters and children portraying them were: Bobby, Charles Austin, Stop Elf, Raymond Hightower, Look Elf, Genaris Albright, Listen Elf, Richard Handy, School Patrol, Thomas Murray, man, Daniel Walthour, children, Bruce Simmons, Herbert Wilson, Merealle Gordon and Jacqueline Brown.
