Before Judge Mesick: J. A. Collins and J. O'Brien, trial jurors, excused until to-morrow. Beck vs. Snyder—continued for the term, by mutual consent. S. A. Blackburn vs. Yellow Jacket Co.—a motion for leave to amend complaint was granted. Yellow Jacket vs. S. A. Blackburn—a motion to dismiss the case was granted. The trial of the following cases were set for to-morrow: Goldman vs. Friedenburg et al; Caldwell vs. Kingston Co.; Concordia Co. vs. Ophir Co.; Kirby vs. Imperial Co. Crown Point Co. vs. T. A. & W. E. Hale—on trial. The above constitutes the business transacted before this Court, prior to 12 o'clock, to-day.
