Full Text

Napoleon couldn't whip a combined Europe and the kaiser will not be able to defeat a combined world. It took Europe twenty years to conquer Napoleon, but it will not take the world that long to put the kaiser in chains.

The road to the defeat of Napoleon was a long and bloody one for Europe, but the Corsican's dream of world power ended suddenly with the smash at Waterloo. The dream of the world power today is not the dream of real Germany, but the air castles of a bloody and murderous bunch of four hundred thousand junkers under the leadership of the kaiser.

They may prolong the struggle, but they can never win the contest.
