New Mexico Outlaws.

Las Vegas, N. M., December 14.--Three prominent Mexicans, supposed to be ringleaders of the white caps and fence-cutters, were arrested yesterday, making seven so far in custody, and leaving thirteen yet to be arrested for murder and other crimes. The Sheriff has the names of ninety-six residents of San Miguel county who are likely to be arrested for complicity in these land troubles. Governor Prince's presence has been requested, and he left Santa Fe yesterday afternoon on his way to this city.
