Full Text

Mr. Joe Counts who lives near Little Mountain has a wonderful pecan tree, wonderful when it comes to bearing pecans. It is about fifteen years old and has been bearing several years and the fruit is large and delicious. This year he sold $50.00 worth of pecans from this tree and he sold them at 35 cents the pound and he has 50 pounds on hand besides and he used a great many while the fruit was ripening. If Mr. Counts had just planted fifty trees when he planted this one he would now have a comfortable income without much work. This is a great country. Almost anything you want may be grown here and the climate is all that one could reasonably desire. Plant pecans, would be a good thing to do.
