CHARLESTON (S. C.) May 23.

His Britannick Majesty's ship Lee, Captain Blacker, will sail in a day or two for England. Captain Blacker has applied to our government for the British seamen who joined the crew of the piratical ship Louisa, as has been before stated: but has been unsuccessful.—Their surrender was refused, on the ground that they are equally as amenable to the Courts of the United States as to those of Great-Britain. The men are to be tried at a special session of the Circuit Court, to be held at Charleston, on the 1st of June.
