John Ware 35, 2175 Brown street Hollywood subdivision,

worker and his wife, Mattie Ware, quarreled and fought consistently before she shot him, neighbors told investigating officers. Mrs. Ware shot her husband in the back while he lay stretched across the back porch. Mrs. Ware is the mother of 14 year old Dorothy Ware. The woman was placed in Shelby County jail shortly after she reported the shooting.
