All persons belonging to the Foreign Embassies at Warsaw have been requested to repair to Berlin, for the purpose of continuing their Negotiations there, and awaiting more favourable times. They were informed, it would be useless for them to remain longer at Warsaw, as the Prince of Benevento has received orders to proceed to the Imperial head-quarters.
They write from Stettin that the course of the posts between that town and Thorn is interrupted.
The army having quitted the countries situated between the Pregel and the Passarge, they have been occupied by small corps of Russian light troops; we are still, however, unapprised of that army having made any movements in advance.
Letters from Memel announce that twenty Prussian battalions are organizing.
