DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT.--An outrage was committed in this place on Tuesday night last by a party of individuals. The outrage consisted in chopping to pieces with an axe a wagon belonging to three strangers who were giving an entertainment in our Court-House on the night in question. We understand from gentlemen who have seen the wreck that every spoke is cut out of two of the wheels, and that the entire vehicle is completely demolished. This disgraceful act has called forth the most decided indignation of the better portion of our citizens. Warrants have been issued by J. C. Gunnell, esq., against some of the parties charged with the commission of the outrage.--Fairfax News.
