FOR THE GAZETTE.

MR. McLECHER,

IT being of the highest importance to this State, that such persons should be chosen to represent them in Congress, as are well acquainted with the commercial and agricultural interests thereof, the gentlemen whose names are subjoined, being of the first reputation for those objects, and it being found that they will be generally voted for at the election in August, it is hoped that the people will be so united in their choice, that the Legislature will have no farther trouble in this important business.
