UE Local 801, which has sole bargaining rights at Frigidaire, distributed a special button this week, demanding immediate conversion of Plant 1 and 2 to war production.
The attractive, three-colored button says, "TO KEEP 'EM FLYING . . . KEEP US WORKING."
"Convert this plant to smash Hitler!"
The fact that the button's inscription speaks the mind of every Frigidaire worker is shown by the manner in which both men and women are wearing them. Hundreds of Frigidaire employees are joining Local 801 to show their support of the Union's program.
