CRIME IN LINCOLN COUNTY.-Here is what the Pioche Record of July 23 terms a partial report of the Grand Jury:

The Grand Jury came into Court and, through their foreman, made the following report of true bills of indictment:

The State vs. Owen Ferguson, charged with murder; The State vs. Jas. Casicklo, charged with forgery, two indictments; The State vs. Henry Wilson, charged with grand larceny; The State vs. David Leany, charged with assault to do bodily harm; The State vs. George Lambert, charged with grand larceny; The State vs. Jos. L. Jacobs, charged with forgery; The State vs. W. H. Hunter, charged with forgery; The State vs. James Harrington, charged with murder; The State vs. Jefferson Howard, charged with murder; The State vs. Murcabri, charged with forgery, five indictments.
