Mrs. Harvey C. Mansfield, of Chevy Chase, is the new chairman of the Citizens' Information Service of the Montgomery County League of Women Voters. She takes the place of Mrs. Bernard Oliver. Mrs. Mansfield recently came from New Haven, where she was active in League work.
The new chairman of the Speakers' Bureau of the Citizens' Information Service is Mrs. A. B. Hermann, Chevy Chase. She takes the place of Mrs. Dean Dinwoody who recently became President of the County League. Plans are becoming definite for some of the members to take the one-day course in group leadership.
