The Rev. Albert E. Clay, vicar of Holy Trinity (Old Swedes) church, has resigned the vicarate to accept an invitation from the Rt. Rev. Philip Rhinelander, Bishop of Pennsylvania, to assume charge of St. Anna's Mission, Fifty-sixth and Market streets, West Philadelphia. The Rev. Mr. Clay will take his new charge on May 1.

Mr. Clay became vicar of Old Swedes church in 1907, and under his charge the historic old church has progressed rapidly. Mr. Clay is himself a thorough musician, both vocal and instrumental, and has organized a fine junior choir of boys and girls at Old Swedes, as well as building up the senior choir. A new organ has been placed in the church during Mr. Clay's vicarate.
