LONDON July 8.

On Friday Night General Sir Clair, Commander in Chief of the late Expedition, arrived in Town from the Force; as did Brigadier O'Farrel, Lord John Murray, and several other Officers, and on Sunday several of the said Officers are to set out again for Portsmouth, by Order from the Office, the Troops being ordered to reimbark as soon as possible.

Brigadier Batterau's Regiment of Foot marched back from the former Place three Days, but are ordered to march back again to go on Board.
