Burr's Trial
Nothing was done on Saturday, the 22nd. H. Blannerhasset was brought into court for the purpose of his arraignment which was deferred until the decision of the court on the pending motion.

On Monday, Mr. McRae commenced the argument on the part of the U. S. on the point already stated, and spoke till half past 4 o'clock, when the court adjourned to the next morning at 9 o'clock.

On Tuesday Mr. Wirt spoke till half past 2. He was followed by Mr. Botts on behalf of the prisoner.
