VESUVIUS

The health of this community is very good at this writing.

Mrs. Jimmie Jenkins and daughters Clothe and Gladys were the guests of Mrs. John Skipworth, Wednesday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Sanders had as their dinner guests, Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. John Wills, and family, of Kelley's Bridge. Mr. and Mrs. Homer Falls of Coryville.

Mrs. Carrie Cornell was the guest of Miss Della Sisler, Monday.

A fine baby son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Ross, August 31. The new arrival weighed 7 1/2 pounds and has been named Wallace Harrison.

Mrs. Wm. Rowe and children spent the day Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sites of Ellisonville

Miss Grace Jenkins of Ashland, spent the week-end with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Jenkins.

Aaron D. Sanders and Earl Skipworth motored to Raceland, Saturday where they transacted business.

Mr. and Mrs. Bennie Greymon and children of Ironton, Mr and Mrs. Frank Stephenson of Ellisonville, were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Sanders, Wednesday evening
