Miami, Fla., July 12.--Two suits asking receiverships for Homeseekers' Realty Company of Hollywood, Fla., and the Hollywood Land and Water Company, based on claims of more than half a million dollars, were filed in United States District Court here today by the Highway Construction Company of Ohio, Inc.
